This mango smoothie recipe is super simple, though– no fancy or complicated ingredients required. I always keep frozen mango in my freezer for this smoothie. It just makes me happy and makes me look forward to getting out of bed in the mornings!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen mango 454 grams (1 bag)
  • cups almond milk 341 grams (or skim milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey 22 grams, plus more to taste
