Cream cheese, feta cheese, and blue cheese are combined with a little olive oil to thin it out, plus some juice from the jar of pepperoncini peppers. A clove of garlic is also added for flavor.

Pepperoncini Peppers

Pepperoncini peppers are pickled peppers that have a mild heat level. They are from Italy and Greece and are great in salads, on a sandwich, or as a pizza topping. I love them in this chicken dinner, pasta sauce, spicy pasta salad, and garlic bread. And of course they are the signature ingredient in the ever popular Mississippi Beef.

If pepperoncini peppers are one of your favorite parts of a Greek salad, you are going to love this cheese spread. The feta cheese and blue cheese combine to create a salty dip packed full of flavor.

How To Make Creamy Pepperoncini Spread

(More detailed instructions in recipe card below.)

  1. Chop the pepperoncini. Drain the pepperoncini well and chop them.
  2. Process the cheese. Process the cream cheese, feta cheese, and blue cheese along with the black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and garlic in a food processor until creamy.
  3. Add the peppers. Mix in the pepperoncini peppers until evenly distributed.
  4. Chill. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Garnish and serve. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional pepperoncini.

How To Serve

Perfect for parties, game days, holidays, and casual get togethers. In addition to being delicious spread on crackers, this Three Cheese Pepperoncini Spread works well as a low carb dip for crudites. I especially love it spread on cucumber rounds! It’s also a tasty party dip to serve with pita chips or potato chips.

Make Ahead

You can prepare this easy Pepperoncini Dip up to 24 hours in advance. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving so it becomes easier to spread.

Storage

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Leftovers make a great filling for stuffed chicken and also a wonderful spread for turkey, ham, or roast beef sandwiches.
