Ingredients
- 8 slices marble rye bread
- Butter
- 1 pound sliced corned beef
- 1 1/2 cups sauerkraut drained
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
Instructions

Place the 4 remaining slices of bread, buttered side up, on the top of the cheese.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
