How to make Instant Pot Chicken Wings

- Place water and the trivet in your Instant Pot.
- Season the wings.
- Place the wings in the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure.
- Melt the butter and whisk in the hot sauce.
- Place the cooked wings in a bowl and toss with half of the sauce.
- Broil til crispy and toss again in remain buffalo sauce.

Instant Pot Buffalo Wings Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings cut into flaps and drums
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅓ cup Buffalo sauce
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter melted
Instructions

Line 1 medium baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add 1 cup water to the bottom of the inner pot of your Instant Pot. Place the trivet inside the pot.

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.2 pounds chicken wings, ¾ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Place wings on top of the trivet. Secure lid and cook on Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes. When cooking has finished, perform a quick release.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Whisk in hot sauce. Heat broiler to high.⅓ cup unsalted butter, ⅓ cup Buffalo sauce

Transfer cooked wings to a large mixing bowl and toss with half of the sauce. Place in a single layer on the baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until crisp. Return the wings to the bowl and gently toss with the remaining sauce. Serve with your choice of dressing.
