Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk any kind that you prefer
  • 1 cup applesauce sweetened or unsweetened
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 apples peeled, cored and chopped into ½ inch pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.

  • Whisk the eggs together in a large bowl then pour in the milk, applesauce and maple syrup and whisk to combine.
