My whole family loves these lettuce wraps!

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter (¼ stick)
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 green onion sliced, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ cup chopped water chestnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped cashews
  • 1 head bibb lettuce
  • Sesame seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, melt the butter and sauté the yellow onions until they are just softened.
