- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes drained (1 can)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces shell pasta
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature, cut into cubes
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.

In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked beef to a paper towel-lined bowl.1 pound ground beef
