Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings split at the joint and tips removed
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
- Carrot and celery sticks for serving
