  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups quick cook oats
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pinch ground cloves

For the Filling

  • ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
